Hi there! I’m Michelle De Castro, the MD in MD Virtual Services. As a proud Filipina American born and raised in Southern California, I’ve always had a knack for organization and a passion for helping others.

After years in PR and customer service, I discovered my true calling as a virtual assistant. After the world turned upside down in 2020, I decided it was time for a change. I ditched the 9-5 and took a leap of faith to start my own business.

Now, I love helping BIPOC female-owned small business owners tackle the tedious tasks they hate, so they can focus on what they do best. From organizing calendars to creating efficient workflows, I’m here to make your life easier.
